Hotel Maya Caprice is located right next to the train station but still feels peaceful. The staff truly makes you feel like family, especially Sanja, Nikki, and Demetri, who provide top-notch service. The restaurant is fantastic, serving beautiful and delicious dishes. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view from the balcony that was simply spectacular.

Room had a breathtaking view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley from the balcony. Spacious and clean with a comfortable vibe. Breakfast offered freshly baked pastries and high-quality coffee. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes. Spa facilities were relaxing, especially the outdoor hot tub with stunning views of the mountains.

I loved how it was just outside the train station, making it super easy to explore the Lauterbrunnen Valley Waterfalls and enjoy a lovely dinner with live music on Fridays, and the views from my room's balcony were simply breathtaking, bringing me one step closer to nature with every glance.

Waking up to panoramic vistas of the Swiss Alps was pure magic! The warm hospitality made every moment special, especially dining on the balcony while enjoying incredible mountain views.

There was some noise from the nearby trains, which interrupted my peaceful moments. Additionally, I wished for a few more choices at breakfast to match the stunning surroundings.

One area for improvement would be the bar's inconsistent hours. it often closed early, limiting our options for evening relaxation.
